Lead India’s large-scale weather advisory program for smallholder farmers, partnering with government agencies and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include strategy execution, program design and scaling, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, budgets, work plans, monitoring and evaluation, data-driven improvement, operational delivery, external representation, fundraising support, and institutional learning. The role requires translating climate and technology solutions into sustainable public-sector services.

Leads the design, testing, documentation, and scaling of weather data pipelines that convert scientific forecasts into timely, location-specific farmer messages. Oversees data quality, automated processing, system replication across geographies and dissemination channels, technical requirements, and stakeholder coordination. Translates between forecast science, engineering, research, and program teams while guiding staff and contributing to funding proposals and institutional knowledge management.
