Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and product development: analyze processes, define product requirements, document changes, manage implementations, monitor deliverables, gather stakeholder feedback, and support R&D for scalable B2B SaaS solutions.

Manage inbound and outbound prospecting to generate qualified SQLs and appointments, run transactional and strategic campaigns for named accounts, research and identify new accounts, document activities in HubSpot and LinkedIn, and route qualified leads to account executives.

Manage end-to-end partner operations including onboarding, contracting, payouts, and performance reporting. Maintain CRM/PRM workflows, dashboards, SOPs, and partner enablement. Coordinate cross-functional communication, QBRs, and provide operational support to drive channel revenue and forecast accuracy.
