Leads IT helpdesk and systems administration teams, oversees support operations, escalations, projects, hardware and software provisioning, asset inventory, ticket compliance, endpoint security, patch management, and knowledge-base documentation. The role supervises staff, monitors KPIs, resolves complex technical issues, supports enterprise systems and infrastructure, maintains compliance processes, and collaborates with US-based business teams during required EST overlap hours.

Build and lead backend systems and services for the ingestion and data platform using Scala and JVM technologies. Collaborate with product, web, and data engineering teams; design scalable integrations and REST services; lead projects from technical design through delivery; document technical decisions; resolve design ambiguity; and promote code quality, maintainability, and team development.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure). Lead migrations and projects, troubleshoot complex systems, build automation with PowerShell/Bash and agentic AI, enforce security and compliance (NIST, CIS, SOX, PCI), mentor IT staff, and maintain disaster recovery and documentation. Work includes supporting US business hours overlap and after-hours incident response.
