Leads IT helpdesk and systems administration teams, oversees support operations, escalations, projects, hardware and software provisioning, asset inventory, ticket compliance, endpoint security, patch management, and knowledge-base documentation. The role supervises staff, monitors KPIs, resolves complex technical issues, supports enterprise systems and infrastructure, maintains compliance processes, and collaborates with US-based business teams during required EST overlap hours.

Build and lead backend systems and services for the ingestion and data platform using Scala and JVM technologies. Collaborate with product, web, and data engineering teams; design scalable integrations and REST services; lead projects from technical design through delivery; document technical decisions; resolve design ambiguity; and promote code quality, maintainability, and team development.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure). Lead migrations and projects, troubleshoot complex systems, build automation with PowerShell/Bash and agentic AI, enforce security and compliance (NIST, CIS, SOX, PCI), mentor IT staff, and maintain disaster recovery and documentation. Work includes supporting US business hours overlap and after-hours incident response.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for a defined territory or vertical, including self-sourced prospecting, consultative discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage qualified pipeline, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, develop territory strategies, cultivate client relationships, and identify upsell and referral opportunities. The role requires independent execution, collaboration with account management and other teams, informal mentoring, and ongoing overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.

Own and administer Zoho CRM end-to-end: maintain modules, automation, integrations, and data hygiene. Read, debug, and extend Deluge/Node.js/Java server-side functions, improve integrations via Zoho Flow/APIs, document the system, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configuration.

Provide U.S. public-company corporate and securities legal support including SEC reporting, corporate governance and secretarial duties, cap table and financing support, M&A diligence and closings, equity compensation administration, entity maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and other teams.
