As a QA Engineer, you will create and improve automated tests for cloud systems, ensuring quality in product features and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise OpenStack and Kubernetes environments, manage escalations via portal/video, maintain documentation, train customers, and contribute to automation and process improvements while meeting SLAs.
