Develop and maintain PHP applications (7.x/8.x) on legacy/proprietary frameworks. Work with MS SQL Server, Apache, and Windows Server. Support integrations (ETL, document services), testing, deployments, and incident resolution within structured delivery models.

Lead workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling and capacity management for Bangalore and Chennai sites. Manage WFM team, optimize staffing, implement processes and reporting, and partner with operations and HR to meet service and cost objectives.

Design and implement microservices-based architecture using Java/Spring Boot. Apply Domain-Driven Design, define APIs with Swagger/OpenAPI, implement performance/resilience/security patterns, build event-driven solutions (Kafka/Azure Service Bus/AWS Kinesis/MSK), and use build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitLab).
