Supports healthcare supply chain strengthening in Odisha by implementing state roadmaps, coordinating procurement and warehouse initiatives, developing technical resources, delivering training, supporting digitization and forecasting, and liaising with government stakeholders. The role monitors project activities, contributes to dashboards and innovation pilots, coordinates partners, tracks deliverables, and provides technical assistance to national and state teams. Travel to intervention states is required for approximately 30–50% of the time.

Leads planning, budgeting, funds-flow evaluation, financial reporting, sustainable financing, monitoring, and capacity building for India's metropolitan disease surveillance program. Advises government stakeholders and technical partners, develops financial performance tools, and provides policy recommendations to strengthen program accountability and long-term financing. The role is based in Delhi and requires collaboration across national and state levels, with travel up to 30% of the time.
