Supports PATH’s Strategy and Business Development team through knowledge management, landscape and secondary research, proposal and concept note development, strategy documents, donor meeting preparation, business development planning, and event coordination. The intern collaborates with program verticals, shared services, global teams, and internal and external stakeholders while developing exposure to public health, nonprofit management, digital health, and donor engagement.

Supports PATH’s Strategy and Business Development team with strategic initiatives, growth planning, proposal and donor materials, funding opportunity tracking, research, program data organization, stakeholder coordination, reporting, presentations, and internship support. The role also assists with meetings, partner relationships, field visits, training roll-outs, and internal project management processes.

Leads planning, budgeting, funds-flow evaluation, financial reporting, sustainable financing, monitoring, and capacity building for India's metropolitan disease surveillance program. Advises government stakeholders and technical partners, develops financial performance tools, and provides policy recommendations to strengthen program accountability and long-term financing. The role is based in Delhi and requires collaboration across national and state levels, with travel up to 30% of the time.

The Associate Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts across regions, develop strategies, manage processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to recruit top talent for PATH.
