Develops, configures, customizes, and supports Zoho CRM and related enterprise CRM solutions. Responsibilities include scripting with Deluge and JavaScript, building REST API integrations, automating workflows, creating reports and dashboards, supporting data migrations, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining development, test, and production environments. The role collaborates with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions across multiple companies.

Supports mergers and acquisitions by analyzing commercial and financial data, evaluating software and SaaS acquisition targets, conducting market research, identifying opportunities, supporting due diligence and deal closings, and coordinating cross-functional execution teams.

The Technical Support Engineer II will troubleshoot complex customer issues, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality.
