Leads HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Talent Enablement for OpenGov’s Pune workforce. Advises local leadership, aligns India practices with global HR strategy, manages compliance, organizational design, change initiatives, employee relations, and HR programs. Develops the HR team, uses data and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, and partners with global stakeholders across regions.

Build and improve scalable full-stack SaaS capabilities, including APIs, microservices, database models, frontend experiences, and AI-powered product features. Own features end-to-end from discovery through production monitoring, collaborate with Product and Design, review human- and AI-generated code, mentor teammates, and advance engineering practices. The role requires extensive enterprise software experience, customer collaboration, event-driven architecture, and familiarity with regulated SaaS environments.

Configure, test, and deploy OpenGov cloud software for government customers. Manage end-to-end data migration, including database schemas, ETL, scripting, validation, and troubleshooting. Confirm requirements, build test scenarios, train users, and guide customers through implementation and go-live. Collaborate with project management, customer success, data integration, and product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
