Lead and manage a team administering and improving the HR technology stack (primarily Workday), supporting payroll, benefits, talent, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, integrations, reporting, and HR data governance across US and India. Own vendor relationships (Ashby, engagement survey), deliver projects end-to-end, build reports/dashboards, ensure compliance, and provide hands-on techno-functional leadership while mentoring the team.

Design, build, and maintain dbt models and Snowflake data warehouses, own CI/CD and orchestration for pipelines, implement data quality tests, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready data models, and optimize performance and observability.

Lead end-to-end customer data integration and migration projects using SQL, ETL, and scripting. Act as technical advisor, design tailored solutions, manage 10–15 projects, document requirements, mentor juniors, and collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve and automate data workflows.
