Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, drive CI/CD/DevOps practices, implement observability, and incorporate AI‑driven UX and automation to deliver customer outcomes.

Build and own full-stack features end-to-end for a public sector ERP: APIs, microservices, frontend components, and AI-powered experiences. Use AI-assisted development tools daily, collaborate with Product and Design, ship and monitor production systems, and maintain high code quality through reviews and documentation.

Lead Pune-based service desk operations, enforce ITSM processes, meet SLA and backlog targets, drive KB/SOP adoption and automation, coach and expand Tier 1/2 capabilities, coordinate escalations with US leadership, and report on support health to improve service.

Provide advanced in-person and remote IT support as the primary escalation point, maintain office systems and AV/networking, manage assets, lead end-user training, document processes, mentor IT staff, support executives, and travel to sites for technical support and implementations.

The Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) will configure and support Salesforce platforms, manage GTM tools, ensure data integrity, and participate in project management within a collaborative setting.
