Designs and configures scalable business applications using Government App Builder. Responsibilities include data modeling, workflow automation, business-rule scripting, integrations, data migrations, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and implementation support. The role partners with customers, project managers, and implementation consultants to translate business processes into configurable solutions and deliver them across concurrent engagements.

Leads complex government software implementations from requirements validation through go-live. Owns platform configuration, SQL and Python-based data migration, ETL, reconciliation, testing, and customer enablement. Serves as a technical advisor to government stakeholders, reviews configuration and data quality, mentors implementation engineers, and improves implementation standards, tooling, and delivery processes. Partners with project management, customer success, data integration, and product teams to resolve customer needs and enhance the platform.

Responsibilities include dimensional data modeling, SQL transformations, pipeline orchestration, data quality testing, exploratory analysis, SLA monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder requirement gathering. Partner with analytics, product, engineering, and business teams to deliver reliable, production-ready datasets while following software engineering, CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.

Manages Indian direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS, GST, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax provisions. Oversees fixed asset accounting in NetSuite FAM across Indian and US GAAP books, depreciation, reconciliations, CWIP, audits, and month-end close. Maintains compliance calendars and control documentation, responds to tax notices and auditor queries, and develops AI-assisted reconciliation and compliance workflows with appropriate confidentiality controls.

Build and ship scalable SaaS features for government agencies using ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, NodeJS, and Python. Responsibilities include end-to-end full-stack development, technical design, debugging, cross-functional collaboration, AI-driven workflow development, operational improvement, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in software engineering fundamentals, databases, algorithms, observability, GraphQL APIs, and event-driven architecture.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native SaaS features across frontend and backend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive adoption of CI/CD, observability, and AI-driven UX practices to improve product outcomes and customer success.

Own the architecture, integration design, data model, security, and technical roadmap for OpenGov’s global HR technology ecosystem. Lead Workday architecture across HCM, payroll, benefits, recruiting, talent, reporting, and security, while integrating platforms such as ADP, Ashby, CultureAmp, NetSuite, Snowflake, and Workato. Personally deliver complex configurations, integrations, and reports; govern data privacy and quality; mentor administrators; influence business and technical stakeholders; and guide AI, automation, vendors, and cross-functional HR technology initiatives.

Design, build, and lead delivery of scalable cloud-native SaaS features across frontend and backend. Mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally, adopt AI-driven tools, ensure observability and operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and manage a team administering and improving the HR technology stack (primarily Workday), supporting payroll, benefits, talent, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, integrations, reporting, and HR data governance across US and India. Own vendor relationships (Ashby, engagement survey), deliver projects end-to-end, build reports/dashboards, ensure compliance, and provide hands-on techno-functional leadership while mentoring the team.

Design, build, and maintain dbt models and Snowflake data warehouses, own CI/CD and orchestration for pipelines, implement data quality tests, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready data models, and optimize performance and observability.
