Manage end-to-end e-commerce returns, including inspections, restocking, disposal, refunds, exchanges, and fraud prevention. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams. Maintain returned-product inventory records, conduct quality checks, analyze return and defect trends, prepare operational reports, and recommend process or policy improvements.

Manage daily operations across e-commerce marketplaces, including orders, purchase orders, inventory, pricing, dispatch, returns, claims, payments, and marketplace discrepancies. Coordinate with finance, warehouse, logistics, inventory, and marketplace teams to meet SLAs, prevent stockouts, resolve operational issues, and improve fulfillment performance. Prepare recurring operational reports and maintain accurate catalog, pricing, and inventory data.

Manage non-delivery report shipments end-to-end by monitoring courier performance, driving reattempts and corrective actions, coordinating customer closures, and reducing RTO. Track ageing, conversions, fake attempts, escalations, and courier scorecards. Coordinate with Customer Support and courier partners, contact customers when needed, verify delivery information, update shipment platforms, and ensure every action has an owner, deadline, and verified closure.
