Make outbound calls to customers with failed delivery attempts, validate non-delivery remarks, capture customer instructions, update records, and coordinate with logistics teams on re-attempts and issue resolution. Support efforts to reduce return-to-origin shipments while meeting calling targets and turnaround times.

Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, payment runs, accruals, month-end close, GST/TDS compliance, AP reporting, audit support, and process improvement. The role requires managing stakeholder and vendor coordination, maintaining internal controls, reducing payment errors and delays, and improving automation and reporting within a fast-paced finance environment.

Manage end-to-end e-commerce returns, including inspections, restocking, disposal, refunds, exchanges, and fraud prevention. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams. Maintain returned-product inventory records, conduct quality checks, analyze return and defect trends, prepare operational reports, and recommend process or policy improvements.
