Supports product operations for warehouse, logistics, courier, and fulfillment systems. Responsibilities include tracking bugs and operational exceptions, coordinating issue resolution, preparing BRDs, user stories, SOPs, process flows, test cases, and release notes, supporting UAT, creating dashboards and reports, documenting workflows, training internal users, and identifying process or product improvements. The intern collaborates with warehouse, inventory, logistics, product, technology, and customer support teams to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.

Owns production execution across third-party manufacturing partners, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include production planning, troubleshooting, NPD scale-up, commercialization, quality and process compliance, yield and wastage management, cost and productivity improvement, SOP development, and manufacturer performance tracking. The role drives timely dispatch, reduces batch failures and production losses, and ensures external partners meet approved specifications, quality standards, cost targets, and timelines.

Procures raw and packaging materials, manages contract manufacturers and vendor relationships, negotiates costs, mitigates supply risks, determines delivery quantities and timing, and forecasts demand. The role requires vendor development, inventory planning, communication, negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and ownership of projects in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
