Performs manual QA testing for mobile Panel Smart applications, including test planning, case design, exploratory, regression, API, data validation, and end-to-end testing. Reviews requirements, identifies risks and edge cases, manages defects in Azure DevOps or Jira, validates fixes, documents evidence, and reports release readiness. Collaborates with product, development, business analysis, and automation teams while using AI tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.

Lead the design, development, deployment, and architecture of scalable web applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies, Azure, Angular, GraphQL, and databases. Build cloud-native solutions, manage CI/CD deployments, optimize SQL queries, and ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and manage project deliverables.

Process and quality-check survey data using Crunch, R, SPSS, and Excel. Responsibilities include cleaning, merging, formatting, coding open-ended responses, managing datasets, and supporting interactive dashboards and client reports. The role requires market research data-processing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with statistical and spreadsheet tools.
