Teams at Numerator

Lead APAC month-end close and accounting for specified countries, ensure compliance with local GAAP and U.S. GAAP, maintain controls and reconciliations, deliver timely P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, provide analysis and forecasts, manage budgets, lead and develop the finance team, interface with corporate finance, and identify cost-improvement opportunities.

Manage and administer France-specific learning programs: collect training needs, organize trainings, track budgets and compliance (apprenticeship tax, mandatory surveys), liaise with vendors and French regulatory bodies, support EMEA L&D programs, translate materials, and improve processes.

Manage end-to-end North America payroll (US & Canada): process biweekly payroll, maintain records, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, support audits, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, improve payroll controls and employee experience, and coordinate with HR, Tax, and Finance.
