Collaborates across teams on integration, code reviews, refactoring, documentation, and deployment. Applies machine learning and AI algorithms, works with multiple cloud platforms and databases, and contributes throughout the software delivery lifecycle using Agile, Lean, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Provides second-level managed security services support by monitoring, investigating, and resolving client incidents and requests within SLA. Manages work queues, ticket documentation, approved changes, escalations, and shift handovers. Supports L1 engineers, performs incident and ticket quality audits, contributes to trend analysis and automation opportunities, and collaborates with clients and internal teams to maintain security infrastructure operations.
