Creates BRDs, SRSs, process models, BPMN and UML diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT plans. Collaborates with architects, developers, project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to validate solutions, support Agile and Waterfall delivery, and ensure alignment with business, regulatory, and government requirements.

Develop, customize, integrate, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Build plug-ins, workflows, custom components, Power Automate workflows, integrations, and data migration solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure scalable and secure implementations, collaborate with stakeholders, and support documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Design integration strategies, data models, governance, customisation plans, and scalable enterprise solutions. Translate business and technical requirements into practical architectures, guide implementation teams, ensure security and performance standards, and provide architectural documentation and stakeholder guidance.
