The Technical Customer Engineer II provides technical support to the sales team and customers, assisting with product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and maximizing product benefits.

Provides technical support to customers and sales teams for capital equipment. Installs, tests, calibrates, services, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment at customer sites and in-house. Trains distributors and customers, supports preventive maintenance scheduling, prepares service quotations and reports, packages equipment for shipment, and shares field intelligence with management. The role operates in factory and clean-room environments, involves shift work, and requires substantial domestic and international travel.

Assess the current SAP BW implementation and lead technical implementation of Azure Databricks to enable retirement of SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects. Serve as an offshore technical resource for migration planning, data integration, validation, and execution to transition reporting and analytics to Databricks on Azure.
