Designs, develops, and supports scalable cloud-native observability software and distributed systems. Owns features end to end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support. Builds CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes solutions. Collaborates with architects, product owners, and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments while improving reliability, performance, maintainability, and developer productivity.

Design, develop, and manage cloud-native distributed systems, microservices, and platform components across the full software lifecycle. Lead architecture, Kubernetes platform engineering, CI/CD, test automation, observability, DevSecOps, reliability, and AI-powered engineering automation. Mentor engineers, drive technical standards, and collaborate cross-functionally. Serve additionally as Scrum Master for a SAFe agile team, supporting planning and delivery commitments.

Manage enterprise security and privacy controls, assess and mitigate information security risks, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CRA, and related standards. The role integrates threat modeling and security practices into software development, develops security baselines and documentation, supports security programs, advises on customer contract controls, and validates the security posture of external vendors and cloud services.
