Leads fundraising strategy, donor outreach, proposal development, funding negotiations, CSR and foundation partnerships, grant compliance, donor reporting, renewals, and pipeline forecasting. Collaborates with program, finance, communications, and leadership teams to develop fundable projects, secure institutional funding, maintain donor relationships, and guide team members.

Build and manage partnerships with educational institutions, drive tie-up and conversion targets, negotiate and close MoUs, and identify expansion opportunities. Maintain partnership records, reports, and stakeholder updates while managing LMS and MIS systems. Monitor student attendance, engagement, training outcomes, and feedback; support candidate selection, onboarding, and student participation. The role requires relationship management, communication, negotiation, reporting, and travel for institutional meetings.

Manage end-to-end implementation of multi-state Financial Literacy projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, compliance, field visits, risk mitigation, and funder documentation. The role tracks milestones and KPIs through MIS reports and dashboards, facilitates review meetings, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements to improve project efficiency and beneficiary outcomes.
