Lead regional enterprise sales strategy for coworking and commercial real estate, manage P&L, drive revenue and occupancy, structure large deals, cultivate C-suite and broker relationships, oversee end-to-end delivery and market pricing to meet revenue targets.

Drive Affordplan expansion by partnering with hospitals, managing key accounts, conducting outreach (walk-ins, calls, emails, LinkedIn), empanel corporates for employee health cards, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen hospital relationships.

Build and maintain frontend applications using React, MUI, Vite, and Tailwind. Implement state management with Redux or Zustand, integrate Firebase features (push notifications, real-time Firestore listeners), and apply Node.js knowledge. Must have completed at least three professional React projects. Familiarity with form libraries, lazy loading, code splitting, Git, Jira, TypeScript, and Next.js is a plus.
