Support investment sales team by underwriting and modeling commercial and multifamily properties, performing cash flow and financial statement analysis, researching market data (REIS, CoStar), preparing Broker Opinion Values and loan analyses, writing deal narratives, assessing risks, and preparing broker presentations.

As an Analyst 2 in Investment Sales, you'll support sourcing and modeling in commercial real estate, conducting financial analyses, and preparing detailed reports while evaluating property performance and compliance.

Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate real estate market value for various purposes, under supervision of senior staff.
