As an Analyst 2 in Investment Sales, you'll support sourcing and modeling in commercial real estate, conducting financial analyses, and preparing detailed reports while evaluating property performance and compliance.

Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate real estate market value for various purposes, under supervision of senior staff.

The Analyst will support the Investment Sales team by providing financial and market analysis for evaluating multifamily and commercial real estate transactions, conducting property performance analysis, and preparing reports.
