Own the strategy and roadmap for Netomi’s enterprise AI Agents platform. Partner with customers, engineering, research, data science, and go-to-market teams to prioritize and ship capabilities. Build agent prototypes, connect APIs and MCP tools, design evaluations, analyze model quality, debug production failures, and establish governance, observability, and rollout practices. Drive measurable outcomes including resolution rate, cost, CSAT, adoption, and revenue expansion.

Build scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using modern data platforms. Perform exploratory analysis, validate data, develop models supporting analytics and real-time insights, and collaborate with data science, product, engineering, and customer success teams. Write tested Python code, contribute to data quality initiatives, and deliver end-to-end features in an agile environment.
