Manage daily IAR/BSP/ARC reconciliations and cash reconciliation for all IATA identifiers, resolve discrepancies, audit payment workflows, drive automation of reconciliation processes, produce metrics and documentation, and support compliance and reporting across global subsidiaries.

Lead and develop a team of Business Travel Consultants, manage operational performance and SLAs, own customer relationships and escalations, drive process improvements, hire and onboard staff, and coordinate engagement and administrative tasks to ensure excellent travel program service.
