Lead change enablement for Global Operations & Service teams: assess impacts, build bespoke change plans, communicate across channels, measure KPIs, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Design, structure, and maintain the company knowledge base for Global Operations. Use AI and design tools to create searchable, multimedia knowledge assets, write user-friendly articles, manage content lifecycle and reviews, align stakeholders, and support KM strategy and post-training resources to improve information access and usage.

Configure and maintain hotel rate access codes and chain data in GDS and Navan. Load negotiated rates, perform QA, troubleshoot rate/display issues, manage JIRA cases, collaborate with partners and product/engineering, and support broader hotel operations.
