Identify automation opportunities, translate operational bottlenecks into technical requirements, investigate recurring ticketing and refund issues, and document SOPs and training to scale operational capabilities.

Manage daily IAR/BSP/ARC reconciliations and cash reconciliation for all IATA identifiers, resolve discrepancies, audit payment workflows, drive automation of reconciliation processes, produce metrics and documentation, and support compliance and reporting across global subsidiaries.

Lead and develop a team of Business Travel Consultants, manage operational performance and SLAs, own customer relationships and escalations, drive process improvements, hire and onboard staff, and coordinate engagement and administrative tasks to ensure excellent travel program service.

Lead a team managing BSP/ARC reconciliations, debit/credit memo disputes, and settlement compliance. Own reconciliation processes, reporting, risk controls, audits, KPI/OKR tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvements to reduce bad debt and scale back-office systems.

Configure and maintain hotel rate access codes and chain data in GDS and Navan. Load negotiated rates, perform QA, troubleshoot rate/display issues, manage JIRA cases, collaborate with partners and product/engineering, and support broader hotel operations.
