Lead architecture and delivery of AI-powered user-facing applications using Python and React. Design scalable backend platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration. Define frontend UX for conversational interfaces, establish GenAI best practices, build reusable platform components, ensure enterprise readiness (security, privacy, governance), and mentor engineering teams.

Design, develop, and own end-to-end UKG integrations and migrations. Build inbound/outbound REST/SOAP and file-based interfaces using middleware (e.g., Boomi), SFTP, EDI, and perform mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and hypercare. Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant integration solutions.
