The role requires stakeholder coordination across distributed Agile teams, hands-on ServiceNow testing, and mandatory ServiceNow CSA and ATF Micro-Certifications.

Leads Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations as a client-facing functional consultant. Gathers and analyzes requirements, designs Finance and Supply Chain solutions, maps needs to standard functionality, and identifies configuration, customization, integration, migration, testing, and development requirements. Oversees delivery across project phases, prepares functional documentation, trains users, coordinates distributed teams and partners, supports production issues, and travels to client locations as needed.

Architects and develops scalable generative and agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, defining architecture and non-functional requirements, evaluating technologies through proofs of concept, reviewing designs and code, and ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable production deployments on Azure or AWS. The role requires deep LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, model tuning, evaluation, anomaly detection, API development, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
