Lead enterprise technology and records management initiatives across business and technology teams. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, program and portfolio management, Agile delivery, records retention policy implementation, digital data purging, retention-by-design deployments, AI-enabled enterprise capabilities, data governance, and third-party RecordPoint relationship management.

Lead enterprise coordination of data incident responses, maintain incident registers and governance reporting, coordinate regulatory notifications, facilitate incident reviews and remediation tracking, support resilience testing and produce management reporting and trend analysis.

Develop, test, deploy and operate the myID identity platform and related microservices and mini-apps. Provide operational and on-call support, process and automation improvements, handle colleague access requests, and collaborate with project teams to design and deliver enhancements.
