Lead strategy and execution for a major product pillar in onboarding, time & attendance, expenses, or Clarity. Drive customer empathy, rapid experiments, cross-functional delivery, and measurable impact in a remote, high-growth environment while handling urgent client escalations.

Lead global payroll and tax compliance across 80+ countries by building frameworks, modelling country-specific payroll, integrating with product/engineering, advising on market expansion, and managing compliance risks and audits.

Lead the compliance platform product to convert complex global employment rules into scalable, automated systems across onboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits, and offboarding. Own compliance rules, data models, and logic for 150+ jurisdictions; partner with Legal, Engineering, and Operations to automate manual processes and ensure accurate, auditable workflows that power EOR, COR, and Global Payroll products.

Own and optimize the MarTech stack (HubSpot + aspects of Salesforce), build AI-driven workflows, manage lead capture/scoring/routing, connect GTM systems, measure attribution and campaign ROI, and enforce governance to drive predictable pipeline growth.
