Own the partner platform product strategy and roadmap, covering embedded solutions, SDKs, public APIs, and white-label experiences. Build agent infrastructure, retrieval, tool access, evaluation, and safety systems; launch an AI agent that answers questions using customer data and eventually executes tasks. Lead a cross-functional team, establish AI development standards, and partner across product, engineering, support, and operations to deliver trusted, scalable AI capabilities.

Lead strategy and execution for a major product pillar in onboarding, time & attendance, expenses, or Clarity. Drive customer empathy, rapid experiments, cross-functional delivery, and measurable impact in a remote, high-growth environment while handling urgent client escalations.

Lead global payroll and tax compliance across 80+ countries by building frameworks, modelling country-specific payroll, integrating with product/engineering, advising on market expansion, and managing compliance risks and audits.

Lead the compliance platform product to convert complex global employment rules into scalable, automated systems across onboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits, and offboarding. Own compliance rules, data models, and logic for 150+ jurisdictions; partner with Legal, Engineering, and Operations to automate manual processes and ensure accurate, auditable workflows that power EOR, COR, and Global Payroll products.

Own and optimize the MarTech stack (HubSpot + aspects of Salesforce), build AI-driven workflows, manage lead capture/scoring/routing, connect GTM systems, measure attribution and campaign ROI, and enforce governance to drive predictable pipeline growth.

Manage end-to-end immigration and visa cases for the Philippines or UAE, serving as a local subject-matter expert. Responsibilities include case reviews, complex escalations, compliance, partner and government coordination, KPI and CSAT improvement, policy development, pipeline support, immigration law updates, and mentoring team members.

Serve as the UAE payroll SME leading implementations from discovery through go-live. Run discovery workshops, ensure UAE legislative compliance, validate payroll configuration and testing, support go-live and first payroll, advise Sales/Product/Engineering, own playbooks and documentation, and drive process and product improvements.
