The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance supply chain systems using Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies, delivering innovative solutions for various modules.

Design, configure, develop and administer ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, custom apps). Implement catalog, SLAs, assignments, Workspaces, Now Assist, integrations, reports and security. Lead design workshops, peer-review code, troubleshoot platform issues, unit test, document solutions and mentor junior developers.

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle-based databases and PL/SQL; build and maintain Core Java backend services and RESTful APIs; lead requirements gathering; tune performance and ensure scalable RDBMS architectures; review and modernize legacy SQL and Java code.
