Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaign development and execution, including email builds, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, automation, and performance optimization. Administer the marketing automation stack, support lead lifecycle and nurturing processes, maintain marketing data quality, track campaign KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. The role also develops campaign processes, documentation, templates, and best-practice enablement while managing multiple initiatives.

Build and maintain Motive’s Quote-to-Cash engineering stack across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, NetSuite, Vertex, and integrations. Configure Salesforce with Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL; develop SOAP/REST integrations; monitor reliability; and support billing, revenue recognition, SOX controls, and order automation. Partner with product, QA, and business teams in an Agile environment while evaluating Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-assisted capabilities.
