The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst owns recruiting dashboards, reports, data analysis, data governance, and cross-functional process and systems improvement projects. The role translates stakeholder needs into reporting and workflow enhancements, uses AI to automate recruiting insights and processes, analyzes funnel and pipeline performance, and presents recommendations to recruiting leaders. Responsibilities include maintaining data quality, managing projects independently, and improving operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.

Own and roadmap fleet management product experiences for dispatchers, operators, and drivers. Translate customer pain into web and mobile workflows, define metrics, run betas, work with data scientists to build AI features from sensor data, and collaborate cross-functionally while gathering field feedback.

Lead strategy and execution to expand Motive's Spend Management and Motive Card into new sectors and geographies. Run customer research, define ICPs and MVP, build roadmaps, author PRDs/wireframes, define metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to drive adoption and revenue.
