The role collaborates with Corporate Communications and manages multiple creative projects while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Leads business development strategy, expands client portfolios and geographic markets, builds relationships with developers, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders, and secures high-value architecture projects. Responsibilities include lead generation, presentations, negotiations, contract closure, sales collaboration, market intelligence, performance tracking, branding alignment, and industry representation.
