Lead visual communications across digital, print, and internal channels. Responsibilities include website UI/UX and content updates, award submissions, social media creatives, leadership presentations, brand collateral, and translating architectural drawings into visual narratives. The role collaborates with Corporate Communications and manages multiple creative projects while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Leads business development strategy, expands client portfolios and geographic markets, builds relationships with developers, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders, and secures high-value architecture projects. Responsibilities include lead generation, presentations, negotiations, contract closure, sales collaboration, market intelligence, performance tracking, branding alignment, and industry representation.

Coordinate architectural projects with managers and consultants, ensuring design, execution, sustainability, and quality goals are met. Guide teams in design philosophy, façade integration, technical resolution, drawing and specification production, construction administration, and quality control. Maintain project manuals, contribute to design reviews and client presentations, conduct site observations, document reviews, and address RFIs. Candidates need architectural design and execution expertise, software proficiency, sustainability knowledge, and strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Lead Morphogenesis’s 3–5 year institutionalization and value-creation journey by transitioning the partnership into a corporate structure, strengthening governance and financial controls, improving EBITDA and project profitability, and preparing for M&A or a liquidity event. The COO will standardize delivery processes, implement AI-enabled workflows, build leadership succession systems, scale adjacent ventures, and progressively assume ownership of enterprise operations, P&L, and organizational performance.

Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, including villas, houses, and resorts. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants, oversee technical documentation, quality control, site execution, client presentations, sustainability integration, and regulatory compliance. Resolve complex design and construction issues, maintain design intent, manage milestones, support business development, and mentor architecture teams while advancing innovative, livable, and context-sensitive housing solutions.

Advise business leaders on learning and talent development strategies, manage learning calendars and program delivery, conduct needs assessments, identify capability gaps, recommend instructional approaches, and support monitoring, reporting, budgeting, communications, and impact analysis. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and strategic partnership with stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
