Design and build scalable data pipelines, APIs, and data services using cloud and open-source technologies. Ensure data quality, performance, and maintainability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to engineering best practices, and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.

Implement and configure client solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Manage data migration from legacy systems, maintain CRM records, track implementations, coordinate releases and BAU transition, lead client onboarding, resolve issues, and deliver in-person or remote system training to client back-office teams.

Manage client onboarding for Morningstar technology, lead implementations and training, coordinate data migrations and internal teams, document requirements and timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful handover to Customer Success while improving onboarding processes.
