Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure and production environments. Build infrastructure-as-code solutions, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and observability systems. Manage Kubernetes and containerized workloads, Linux and Windows servers, networking, databases, backups, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues while collaborating with development, QA, and security teams to support reliable software delivery and operational excellence.

Manage client onboarding for Morningstar technology, lead implementations and training, coordinate data migrations and internal teams, document requirements and timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful handover to Customer Success while improving onboarding processes.
