Leads site engineering and multiple capital projects from feasibility and design through execution, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Owns PLC, SCADA/HMI, instrumentation, electrical distribution, motor controls, industrial networking, and plant digitalization. Ensures compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company engineering requirements. Leads technical teams, develops capabilities, coordinates shutdowns and integrations, and drives reliable, efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
