Lead end-to-end financial management for the Sricity CAPEX program: CAPEX planning, procurement controls, cash and payables, fixed asset lifecycle (CWIP, capitalization, depreciation), contract financial review, and audit readiness. Partner with site, engineering, procurement, cash COE, legal and regional finance to ensure disciplined spend, vendor controls, and capitalization aligned to project milestones.

Coordinate and execute regional capability-building programs for Manufacturing & Supply Chain across AMEA. Manage logistics, learning platforms (Workday Learning, SharePoint), training calendars, audits (SMETA), KPI tracking, vendor/PO administration, reporting (Excel/Power BI), and stakeholder engagement. Support digital learning deployment and drive continuous improvement toward strategic capability objectives.

Lead implementation and day-to-day operations of Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingID, Ping Directory). Design and maintain SSO/MFA integrations (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), troubleshoot authentication flows and JVM performance, manage certificates and HA/DR, support onboarding, implement advanced OAuth features, automate operational tasks, mentor junior staff, and partner with stakeholders on security requirements and incident resolution.
