Leads site engineering and multiple capital projects from feasibility and design through execution, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Manages engineering resources, budgets, suppliers, technical interfaces, governance, audits, and corrective actions while developing a high-performing team and implementing standardized engineering processes and equipment strategies.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile and Jira practices, track delivery metrics, remove impediments, and support product backlog management. The role also assists with project planning, risk management, stakeholder communications, and change management while developing toward full project ownership. It additionally requires information security, compliance, risk management, and Identity and Access Management experience, along with security standards implementation and awareness training.

Leads electrical and automation engineering for manufacturing capital projects, covering design, budgeting, contractor management, installation, commissioning, and handover. Owns PLC, SCADA/HMI, instrumentation, electrical distribution, motor controls, industrial networking, and plant digitalization. Ensures compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company engineering requirements. Leads technical teams, develops capabilities, coordinates shutdowns and integrations, and drives reliable, efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
