The role requires strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, empathy, confidentiality, and comfort using multiple social media platforms and moderation tools in a remote environment.

Moderate and engage with German-speaking sports fans during live NFL, NBA, and other sporting events. Respond to comments and questions, maintain positive communities, enforce content policies, escalate issues, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams. Requires native-level German, strong writing skills, current knowledge of American football and basketball, social moderation or community experience, reliable equipment and internet, and weekend/evening availability.
