Lead end-to-end AppExchange managed-package development for CaseCloud: architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP/MCP), CI/CD, security review, testing, and mentoring, using AI-assisted development throughout the SDLC.

Coordinate and report on services projects from opportunity through go-live: maintain schedules, forecasts, audits, SOPs, time-entry, financial oversight, resource planning, process improvements, and documentation to ensure project success and data integrity.
