Design, deploy, and manage scalable Amazon Connect environments across Dev/Staging/Production using AWS services (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges). Build and maintain Terraform Enterprise IaC modules and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions). Monitor performance, troubleshoot deployments, ensure secure, automated multi-environment infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
