Designs chat, chatbot, SMS, email, and WhatsApp experiences; builds secure widgets and portals; integrates CRM platforms; implements GenAI capabilities with Bedrock and other LLMs; and manages routing, flows, security, scalability, compliance, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN and datacenter networks in a large-scale SaaS environment. Responsibilities include resolving customer connectivity issues, executing network changes, improving network operations, developing automation, collaborating with architects and business teams, and maintaining network documentation. The role requires expertise in Cisco Nexus switching, routing protocols, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs, datacenter networking, Terraform, Ansible, and Python-based network automation.
