Collaborates with product, business, technology, development, operations, and other stakeholders in Agile environments.

Support execution and improvement of Workforce Management products (Verint). Translate business requirements into user stories, prioritize backlog, coordinate enhancements, analyze forecasting and scheduling, monitor KPIs, assist testing and releases, produce documentation and training, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize WFM processes.

Define technical visions and architecture for products, platforms, and enterprise systems. Evaluate emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept, and design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid solutions. Establish engineering standards, assess technical risks, conduct architecture reviews, and guide modernization initiatives. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, support engineering teams through complex decisions, mentor technical leaders, and contribute to product roadmaps, DevOps practices, and technology strategy.
