Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot large-scale datacenter LAN environments on Cisco Nexus platforms. Collaborate with architects and customers, execute network changes, drive operations improvement projects, and develop automation and documentation to ensure secure, resilient, high-performance network services.

Provide L3 production support for NICE CXone contact center environments: monitor platform health, resolve incidents/outages, perform RCAs, support ACD/IVR/routing/agent desktop/digital channels, troubleshoot integrations and APIs, support deployments, and drive automation and operational improvements.
