Investigate and resolve customer technical issues involving Windows and related server technologies. Collaborate across teams, use troubleshooting tools, share technical knowledge, complete readiness training, identify product defects, and escalate issues to improve Microsoft products and support processes.

Supports end-to-end product design by researching user needs, creating visual and interaction designs, developing wireframes and journey maps, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, program management, and development teams. The intern contributes to product features, UX improvements, design quality assurance, product narratives, and customer feedback analysis under guidance.

Investigate and resolve customer technical issues involving virtual desktops, remote desktop services, VMware, Citrix, Windows, printing, user profiles, and application management. Share technical knowledge, build peer communities, complete readiness training, identify product defects, and escalate issues to support Microsoft product improvements.
