Prepares MIS reports, financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, financial schedules, provisions, prepayments, payroll reviews, payroll tax compliance, employee tax certificates, and export incentive documentation. Coordinates with departments and finance leadership while maintaining accounting records and using Oracle and MS Office.

Lead paint-line process engineering, EHS compliance, defect troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, KPI and quality monitoring, pretreatment control, paint and chemical validation, audits, operator training, cost and cycle-time improvements, and cross-functional initiatives supporting equipment performance, new product introduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
