Coordinates with departments and finance leadership while maintaining accounting records and using Oracle and MS Office.

Lead paint-line process engineering, EHS compliance, defect troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, KPI and quality monitoring, pretreatment control, paint and chemical validation, audits, operator training, cost and cycle-time improvements, and cross-functional initiatives supporting equipment performance, new product introduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
