Provide administrative and customer-facing support for Sales & Marketing: prepare proposals/contracts, assemble promotional materials, enter and verify sales data, respond to client inquiries by phone and email, and uphold brand and service standards.

Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay: check guests in/out, handle requests and operational tasks, assist with luggage and vehicle loading/unloading, complete reports, share local highlights, follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, stairs) as needed.

Lead and support front desk operations and staff (bell/door, switchboard, guest services). Manage daily shifts, handle guest complaints, train and coach employees, oversee staffing and revenue procedures, and assist with administrative and financial tasks to meet service and property goals.

Proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, coordinate with sales channels and internal stakeholders, execute proposals and contracts, support event turnover, and meet personal and location revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Prepare and portion ingredients, cook and assemble dishes to recipe and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, monitor food quality and temperatures, maintain and sanitize workstations and tools, follow safety policies, and support the kitchen team. May perform other duties as assigned.

Prepare and cook menu items (including cold foods) per recipes and presentation standards; monitor quality, portions, and food logs; communicate specials and shortages; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching; follow safety, sanitation, and appearance standards; perform physical kitchen tasks and other duties as assigned.

Support and execute segmented sales strategies to meet property revenue goals. Manage day-to-day sales activities, build long-term client relationships, generate proposals and contracts, collaborate with revenue management, attend events, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving personal booking targets.

Support HR management with employee relations, hiring compliance, recordkeeping (including I-9s), scheduling surveys, answering employee questions, and assisting in hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline. Maintain confidentiality, follow safety procedures, and perform administrative duties.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks: check entries for accuracy, maintain electronic financial records and spreadsheets, process invoices and statements, complete period-end closings, prepare reports, and support guest- and team-facing administrative duties while following company policies.

Support HR management by tracking employee relations issues, ensuring hiring and recruitment compliance, maintaining employee records (including I-9s), and responding to employee and management inquiries. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, discipline, employee surveys, and basic administrative tasks such as phone handling and data entry in computers/POS. Maintain confidentiality and follow safety/security policies.

Oversees property operations as Manager on Duty, leads guest services and front desk teams, resolves guest issues, enforces policies and emergency procedures, manages payroll and HR tasks, and ensures exceptional customer service and operational standards.

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations for the property, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, water treatment and life-safety systems. Oversee preventative maintenance, budgets, capital projects, energy conservation, regulatory compliance, contractor coordination, inspections, inventory and guest satisfaction. Assist emergency response leadership and ensure facility safety, security and asset protection.
