Complete required training, daily reports, and checklists while resolving or escalating customer complaints.

Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, store etiquette, SOP compliance, stock audits, inventory requests, receiving, and daily checklists. Resolve or escalate customer complaints, complete required training, and support the store manager with stock management. Strong communication, sales passion, and multilingual communication skills are required.
