Provides hands-on technical leadership within a scrum team building and enhancing an enterprise equity management platform. Responsibilities include full-stack development with C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle; code reviews, testing, release readiness, sprint ceremonies, technical prioritization, issue resolution, and client collaboration. The role champions AI-assisted development, supports cross-functional quality efforts, contributes to architecture and requirements decisions, and helps maintain delivery standards across distributed teams.

Lead database administration for Oracle (19c+) with MS SQL and PostgreSQL support. Design/maintain infrastructure, DR and backup strategies (RMAN), implement security/compliance controls, automate tasks, tune performance, mentor junior DBAs, and provide 24/7 on-call support using monitoring tools like SolarWinds and DataDog.
