Design, operate, and optimize a large-scale distributed architecture and microservices. Troubleshoot production issues and improve API gateways, ensuring system reliability and performance. Engage in CI/CD improvements and contribute to service decoupling.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and business partnering. Build the FP&A function from scratch, establish reporting structures and data processes, provide strategic insights to senior leadership, support growth initiatives and M&A analysis, and drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement. The role also prepares management reports, supports investor due diligence, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Support customer and product marketing communication by organizing feedback, product questions, and feature requests; drafting customer communications; maintaining help-center and knowledge resources; creating product updates, FAQs, release notes, and education content; identifying recurring questions and knowledge gaps; and summarizing customer insights to improve communication and product adoption.
