Build, configure, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Data, Experience, and Service Clouds. Develop Agentforce and AI workflows, maintain integrations and governed data flows, execute testing and release processes, and document technical solutions. The role requires strong remote communication, accountability, and hands-on Salesforce expertise within defined business specifications.

Leads a 3–6-person AI-focused engineering team while contributing at least 50% directly to software development. Responsibilities include architecture, full-stack coding, code reviews, testing, documentation, team mentoring, and delivery of scalable production software. The role requires commercial LLM experience, expertise in C#, JavaScript and React, databases, REST APIs, microservices, and AWS or Azure, along with strong engineering leadership and collaboration skills.

Develop and maintain React Native features for iOS and Android while supporting existing Swift and Kotlin applications. Own WebView-based learning experiences, authentication, deep links, native-to-web communication, offline support, push notifications, biometrics, and device permissions. Manage mobile CI/CD pipelines and app releases, write tests, resolve production issues, monitor stability, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams.
