Supports end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, engagement, payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR reporting. Maintains confidential employee records, coordinates with managers and internal teams, communicates policies, supports conflict resolution, tracks HR metrics, and contributes to employee retention and workplace culture initiatives.

Analyze marketing, website, and product data to improve user experience, conversion rates, and business performance. Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, optimize funnels and customer journeys, lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives, and maintain accurate tracking frameworks. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver actionable recommendations. Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation across multiple sources.

Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing, create and maintain test cases and plans, run regression/functional/exploratory tests, validate UI/UX and edge cases, log and track defects, collaborate with Product and Engineering, build basic test automation, and use AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
