Analyze marketing, website, and product data to improve user experience, conversion rates, and business performance. Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, optimize funnels and customer journeys, lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives, and maintain accurate tracking frameworks. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver actionable recommendations. Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation across multiple sources.

Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing, create and maintain test cases and plans, run regression/functional/exploratory tests, validate UI/UX and edge cases, log and track defects, collaborate with Product and Engineering, build basic test automation, and use AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Execute day-to-day marketing tasks including WordPress content updates, Salesforce MCAE/Pardot email and campaign builds, CRM data management, design collateral with Adobe Suite, create PowerPoint decks, monitor analytics and ads, support content, social posting, and cross-functional alignment.

Support senior leadership with complex calendar and travel management, communications, project tracking, and strategic execution. Act as a proactive partner, draft correspondence, coordinate stakeholders, and drive follow-ups to ensure deadlines and leadership priorities are met.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based web applications; integrate front-end components; implement RESTful APIs, security measures, and database solutions; participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
