Supports U.S.-based transaction advisory teams with buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax risk analysis, transaction structuring, tax modeling, and review of transaction documents. Reviews tax returns, workpapers, financial statements, and tax provisions; prepares diligence requests and client reports; researches federal and state tax issues; coordinates with specialists; manages multiple workstreams; and reviews junior team members’ work.

Supports valuation advisory engagements for illiquid and alternative investments. Responsibilities include reviewing investment documents and client models, gathering client data, building financial models using DCF, market, transaction, and option pricing methods, analyzing financial statements and ratios, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting client relationships. The role requires strong valuation, financial analysis, communication, and modeling skills, with exposure to structured securities such as CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, and ABS.

Support Expert Services engagements involving financial securities, economic damages, forensic accounting, investigations, and dispute consulting. Responsibilities include managing project workstreams, preparing reports, schedules, and analyses, presenting findings to clients, conducting research and document management, attending industry events, and developing internal training materials. The role requires construction-sector education and 7–9 years of construction experience.
