Supports global portfolio valuation engagements for alternative investments and illiquid securities. Responsibilities include client relationship management, valuation modeling using DCF, comparable company, stock option, financial instrument, and loan models, engagement and resource management, market research, report writing, and mentoring. The role requires strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information.

Support Kroll’s Indian Restructuring practice by researching clients, competitors, industries, markets, and economies; coordinating with stakeholders, lenders, legal counsel, and directors; preparing proposals, presentations, publications, and reports; managing assigned workloads and deadlines; and assisting the broader team. The role may require travel to client sites and handling confidential information.

Supports global valuation engagements by building financial models, conducting valuation analyses and market research, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with proposals, publications, invoicing, and other engagement administration. The role covers private capital, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure, and other illiquid investments across industries and geographies.
